Like the Orono Foundation for Education and the Orono Alumni Association Facebook pages to spread the word and support Orono schools.

Talk

Talk to a friend about the Foundation. Encourage them to read the annual report and make a donation.

Check

Check with your employer on whether they will match gifts, consider a sponsorship or advertising opportunity, or donate a gift-in-kind as a prize or auction item.

Volunteer

Volunteer at an event, serve on a committee, or lend photography / videography, web design, or editing skills / talents.

Red & blue bash

Attend an event! Great Gatherings, Red & Blue Bash and new parent coffees are all great ways to connect with other parents and support Orono Schools.

Sign-up for AmazonSmiles and designate OFE as your preferred charity: 0.05% of your Amazon.com purchases will support our school.

Donate

Make a meaningful gift to the Orono Foundation before December 31st.

You Can make A Difference

The funds raised by the Foundation are granted to the schools and go towards things like:

  • Keeping class sizes small
  • Classroom materials and technology
  • Having additional coursework that may not be offered in a school of similar size
  • Teacher development/training and additional teaching specialists

The schools, teachers, and students appreciate any contributions our community members and parents can provide. Help us continue to support “Today’s Needs and Tomorrow’s Dreams!”
